INDICACIONES
- Síndrome de Raynaud. (tratamiento breve).
- En oftalmologia como miótico(contrae el iris).
- En ORL, en casos de vértigo, alteraciones del tímpano.
- Se ha usado en la disfunción eréctil.
CONTRAINDICACIONES
- Hepatopatía aguda.
- Embarazo.
EFECTOS SECUNDARIOS
- Nauseas, vómitos, mareos o cefalea.
- Hipertensión puede ocurrir.
POSOLOGÍA Y FORMAS DE ADMINISTRACIÓN
- Vía oral.
- Dosis, 40 mg/6 horas. Se puede aumentar hasta 80 mg/día. Si no hay respuesta en dos semanas, suspender el tratamiento.
ADVERTENCIAS Y PRECAUCIONES
- Precaución ante una diabetes.
